And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on the mountains of Ararat, and “Noah tilled the land and planted a vineyard; and he drank the wine, and became drunk”.In early 2007, archaeological excavations near the village of Areni in the Yeghegnadzor region proved the reality of these lines from the Bible. Archaeologists found traces of winemaking in huge vessels in which wine and grape juice were once stored, and grape seeds were also found, which date back to the 5th-6th centuries BC. The analyzes showed that these are the seeds of the Areni grape variety, which is the most common variety in Armenia and the most demanded variety in the production of Armenian wines.

In the spring of 2024, you can taste the result of our work: dry red and white wines from the Armenian endemic areni and voskehat.

1. Tour "Echmiadzin - the city of churches".

Armenia is the first country to adopt Christianity as a state religion in 301. According to legend, after the baptism of Armenia, Saint Gregory the Illuminator had a vision - the Lord struck the ground with a golden hammer and a radiant cross shone over the pillar. In the place indicated by the Lord, the main temple of Armenia, the Etchmiadzin Cathedral, was erected. Etchmiadzin is the heart of the Armenian Church. In the museum of the temple, a unique cultural and historical heritage is open to visitors: the spear that killed Christ, a piece of Noah's Ark, the relics of St. Stephen, a particle of the staff of the Apostle Bartholomew and much more! There are also other churches in Etchmiadzin – St. Hripsime church, St. Gayanechurch, St. Shokagat church.

2. Tour "Metsamor, historical and archaeological museum"

During the period of the early Iron Age (XI-IX centuries BC) Metsamor was a city. The citadel, the "observatory" and residential areas occupied an area of ​​about 100 hectares. Residential buildings, a temple complex with seven sanctuaries and an industrial complex were concentrated in the fortress.

More than 27,000 artifacts are collected and exhibited in the Metsamor Museum - craft and ritual items, rare cultural values ​​made of gold, silver, amber and semi-precious stones. The world historical value of Metsamor is also due to the fact that here is the world's first well-preserved metal foundry dating back to the 4th millennium BC, where copper, bronze and iron were processed.
